Piano on Stage

A Dedicated Piano Instructor

Salut! I am delighted that you have decided to explore my webpage and that you would like to know more about me. First of all, you should know that I am a very enthusiastic individual and I take pride in my bilingualism (I am a French Canadian originally from Northern Ontario). I would also like to share that I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people and that I have extensive volunteer and working experience with children, adults, and seniors. I began teaching piano and theory lessons in Blind River, Ontario over fifteen years ago and I am a certified piano teacher through the Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM,Toronto, ON) as an Advanced Specialist in Piano. I have also earned a bachelors degree in microbiology/immunology and a masters degree in medical biophysics (UWO, London, ON).  With my science background, I work a part-time position as a Tissue Recovery Coordinator for the Trillium Gift of Life Network.

Teaching piano has taught me how to help others to access their own strengths.  At Learning to Love Learning Piano Studio, I help students of all ages to understand their own learning strengths and preferences. This helps them to enjoy the learning process and to develop their own personal motivation to excel. At my studio, your child will not only learn to love playing the piano, they will also learn the importance of hard work, patience, confidence, and determination.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Sincerely,

Geneviève
